Alumni Affairs

The Jefferson Alumni Association supports Jefferson University by fostering lifelong engagement with alumni, students and faculty.

University Bookstore

The Jefferson Bookstore is operated for the service, convenience and benefit of students, faculty and employees.

Campus Currency

There’s no need to carry cash around campus; all you need is Campus Currency! Students and employees can use their Jefferson ID Badge to make purchases on campus and at your favorite local merchants. To get started, simply load your card by choosing the amount and payment method that works best for you.

Campus Security

The Department of Campus Security works closely with the officers of the Philadelphia Police Department and places a high priority on your personal safety.

Career decision making is a complex process, but the offices for Career Development provide guidance, mentoring and resources to help students every step of the way.

Commuter Services

Commuter Services provides mass transit and parking information and savings on these services to eligible Jefferson students and employees.

Thomas Jefferson University will provide reasonable accommodations to all qualified individuals with disabilities to allow equal access and full participation to all University sponsored activities and programs.

Environmental Health & Safety

The Department of Environmental Health and Safety is committed to assuring the Jefferson community, property and environment are protected against exposures which could result in injury, illness or loss.

Financial Aid

The University Office of Financial Aid identifies and helps students apply for possible sources of funding including grants, scholarships, loans and work study to help meet the cost of education.

Housing and Residence Life

The Department of Housing and Residence Life is responsible for assigning on-campus student housing, coordinating building services, and providing support for the students living on campus. 

Information Services & Technology (IS&T)

IS&T provides help to students for all of their campus computing needs, including email, wireless, printing, and purchasing computers.

Library and Center for Teaching & Learning

The Center for Teaching and Learning serves as a central location for faculty, staff, and students to access teaching and learning services at Jefferson. The Scott Memorial Library (SML) is the largest component of the CTL and a campus hub for access to print and non-print resources, study space, and learning technologies.  

Office of International Affairs

The Office of International Affairs assists departments that want to bring international students to Jefferson, serves as the central resource for international students, provides support for the University’s international initiatives, and assists those who wish to study or do research abroad.

Photo ID Center

The Photo ID Center provides the Jefferson Community with the Jefferson ID Card allowing convenient, effective, and secure access to all card related services.

Student Affairs is the central support resource throughout a student's college career.

Student Life and Engagement and The Jefferson Recreation & Fitness Center
The Office of Student Life and Engagement (OSLE) will assist students in their educational journey and provide them with a foundation for success through educating students about the University and community, and delivering purposeful programming and opportunities for engagement.  OSLE is responsible for managing the Jefferson Recreation & Fitness Center, Jefferson’s multipurpose recreation and fitness facility, and its many programs and services

Student Personal Counseling Center

The SPCC offers crisis consultation, individual counseling, couples counseling, group therapy, wellness programs and psychiatric consultation for students. 

Tuition & Cashier’s Office - Student Accounts
Student Accounts, which includes the Tuition/Cashier and Student Loan Office, provides a number of services, including answering inquiries concerning payment and fees, invoicing and collection of tuition billings, and processing loan checks for payment.

University Health Services
The primary activities of University Health Services are to provide the highest standard of medical care for students, occupational health services for employees and immunization screenings for volunteers of Jefferson.

University Registrar

The University Office of the Registrar provides students, faculty, administration and alumni with information and services related to academic records, course scheduling and enrollment, classroom assignments and graduation.
