The University Office of the Registrar seeks to assist faculty and students through providing services including, but not limited to:  registration, scheduling, maintaining the academic calendar, handling enrollment issues, and facilitating the graduation process.  The office also continues to assist students after they leave Thomas Jefferson University through degree verifications and transcript processing. Use the room reservations self-service portal starting April 16th!

The EMS Web App will allow users to request rooms and services from several departments all in one place. With the EMS Web App you will be able to:

  • View event space availability, room descriptions and submit event requests.
  • Receive quicker responses to all requests (24-48 hrs. instead of 2-4 days).
  • Keep track of the status of your request and obtain a reservation summary on demand.
  • Request AV services and resources.
  • Indicate the seating arrangement needed for your room booking.
  • Communicate basic information to the security team.

At this time the EMS Web App allows you to book space managed by Space Management & Room Reservations (SMRR). Please click here for more information, user guides and upcoming training dates.
