We ask that graduates report to the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts no later than 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon of May 20, 2020  so that they may participate in an actual dress rehearsal of the Commencement Ceremony. Students will first check into their program-specific robing rooms for correct marching order, help with robing, and name announcement verifications. Light refreshments will also be provided for the graduates in each of the robing rooms.

Guests are advised to enter Kimmel Center from the Broad and Spruce Street entrance and wait in the lobby until the doors for Verizon Hall open.  Guests will not be seated in the Verizon Hall until 2:15 p.m.

There are accommodations at the Kimmel Center for special seating or Accessible Requests. Requests are due into the University Office of the Registrar by March 1st and provisions are limited. If your circumstances have changed after the March 1st deadline and you now need to request special seating please send an email immediately to graduation@jefferson.edu.
