Melissa Valentine

Ms. Valentine is responsible for compiling, maintaining and analyzing data generated during clinical documentation audits to identify trends in regulatory agency oversight and of physician practice performance. She ensures that important data regarding educational and audit activities are shared between individual providers, their practice groups, JUP Administration, and the Office of Compliance Administration. In addition, she is instrumental in the planning and production of on-campus educational programming sponsored by the Compliance Department.  She works closely with the Associate Counsel for Compliance and Enterprise Risk to manage special reimbursement compliance audits and investigations.

Prior to joining Compliance Administration, she worked as an Administrative and Research Assistant in the Office of University Counsel. Melissa has a B.A. in Political Science and Gender Studies from Loyola University Maryland and is pursuing a Masters of Public Health in the Jefferson College of Population Health.
