Campus Currency Cards for Patients & Families

Jefferson Health is pleased to offer Campus Currency cards for our patients and their families. Campus Currency is ideal when you prefer not to carry cash. In addition, friends, family and community supporters can contribute any amount of money to be loaded onto a family’s card.

• Jefferson’s Atrium Cafeteria and local restaurants for meals, beverages and snacks.
• Gift shop items such as balloons, flowers, drinks, snacks, personal care items, magazines, books, movie gift cards and more.
• Prescriptions at our outpatient pharmacies before you go home.

To purchase cards while on campus, visit Integrated Card Services located in Jefferson’s Bookstore at 1009 Chestnut Street.

To purchase cards without leaving the patient room:

• Call Card Services by dialing 5-7942 from the patient room, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Along with credit card information (Visa or MasterCard only), you will need to share the following information with the Card Services associate: the patient’s name and current room number. All credit card information will be kept secure and a receipt is available upon request.
• A Card Services associate will deliver the Campus Currency cards to the patient’s room.

To contribute to a family card:

• Call Card Services at 215-955-7942, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 3p.m.
• Simply provide the patient’s name and your credit card number along with the amount you wish to contribute. All credit card information will be kept secure and a receipt is available upon request.

Cards may be reloaded at any time during the family’s stay and used during any future visits to Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. Families with remaining balances may donate the money to the hospital by contacting Card Services at 215-955-7942. Cards cannot be surrendered for cash.

You may check you balance by contacting Card Services at 215-955-7942, Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

NOTE: Due to customer volume, Card Services cannot guarantee cards will arrive within a set time frame, so please order in advance of planned use.
