The Hazardous Materials Program is committed to ensuring the safe use, storage, transport and disposal of hazardous chemicals within the university. The University aims to reduce risks that could potentially harm the public and environment by ensuring that all employees have the proper training, information, and equipment needed to work safely when using certain chemicals and other hazardous materials. 

This program includes:

  • Collecting and coordinating the disposal of all chemical wastes.
  • Training employees in proper disposal practices.
