Under the HCS, Employers are responsible for compiling a list of all hazardous chemicals used in the facility. Each of the chemicals on the list must have a MSDS.
This file must be readily available to all workers in their work areas at all times. Copies of MSDS’s should be printed out and kept in a binder.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) can be accessed by using the TJUH Intranet. Click on the Emergency/Safety tab and you will find the link for MSDSs under important Links. MSDSs could also be obtained by searching through the following link: http://hq.msdsonline.com/tjuh3445/Search/Default.aspx.
