Jefferson Recreation & Fitness Center Advisory Committee

The main responsibility of the Jefferson Recreation & Fitness Center Advisory Committee is to provide guidance on issues concerning the management, operations, and improvements of all fitness and recreation facilities, services, and programs. The committee council includes students and JRFC employee members.

The committee's responsibilities are to:

  • Attend the quarterly JRFC Advisory Committee meeting.
  • Advise the Assitant Director of Recreation on the use of all fitness and recreational facilities, including the formulation of policy guidelines relative to the use of those facilities and activities.
  • Serve as a sounding board for all JRFC programs, services, and policies.
  • Advise the Director on the development of an effective system of accountability by which the services and programs of the JRFC are monitored and evaluated.
