Guest Policy

*Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests of JRFC members will not be permitted into the facility*


There is a limit of two guests per member at any given time.  Members will sign a responsibility statement for all guests prior to entrance into the facility.  

Guests are required to show their driver's license or photo ID in addition to signing a waiver before gaining access.

Members must stay with their guests at all times.  When the member leaves, the guest must leave. No exceptions will be made. 

The following fee is in effect per guest per visit: $10.00.

Visiting alumni who wish to use the JRFC must present their alumni identification card and pay the guest fee to use the facility.  

Age Restrictions:
The following age restrictions will be enforced:

  • 5 years & under: not permitted in the facility at any time.
  • 6-15 years: restricted to the swimming pool, gymnasium and racquetball court areas only; must be accompanied by a member 21 or older at all times; not permitted to use the facility during peak hours (M-F 11am-2pm & M-F 4pm-7pm); not permitted to bring guests into the facility; not permitted to enter the cardio, group exercise or weight room areas; not permitted in opposite gender locker rooms.
  • 16-17 years: no guest privileges
  • 18 years & above: no restrictions

All facility policies and regulations are to be strictly followed at all times.  Any member/student or guest who fails to meet the conditions as described above or the rules of the JRFC will be asked to leave.  A member or student will be held accountable for the behavior and actions of his or her guest(s).

JAH Facilities Hours

Monday through Friday:

7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

The facility will also have varying operational hours during holiday periods.
