Housing Occupancy for Spring 2021

    Private rooms in Martin Hall.

    Apartment-style housing: 1 person per single bedroom in a studio, one bedroom, two bedroom or three bedroom unit. 

Residence Hall Programming and Community Building

    Programs will be hosted by RA staff and will be advertised to students living in the residence halls via the weekly ORL Newsletter. 

    RAs will hold one active program a month in each residence hall and virtual programs for residential students via instagram and canvas.

Community Standards & Residence Hall Requirements

    Students shall wear facemasks, which cover the nose and mouth, always while in public spaces, including Residence Halls, campus greenspaces and all campus facilities.

    Students are not required to wear facemasks while in their individual rooms.

    Students are required to wear facemasks in all shared Residence Hall bathrooms.

    Residential students residing in Martin Hall are not permitted guests including Jefferson students from other residence halls or off-campus.
