2020 JCIPE Abstract Guidelines

Jefferson Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education (JCIPE) invites you to submit abstracts for the 2020 Interprofessional Care for the 21st Century conference, on October 23-24, 2020 at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA.  The purpose of this conference is to showcase scholarly work and works in progress related to interprofessional education and/or collaborative practice.

Student submissions are welcome and encouraged.

All abstracts must be submitted online.
The abstract submission website will close May 1, 2020.

The following information must be included with your submission:

  1.  Title
  2.  Presentation Type (Research or Non-Research)
  3.  Presentation Category (Peer Paper - Completed, Peer Paper - In Progress, Workshop and Poster)
  4.  Primary Topic. You must selecte ONE primary topic. 
  5.  Presenter Name(s) and affiliation(s).  This is the person or people who will be in attendance and will make the presentation.
  6.  Co-Author Name(s) and affiliation(s).
  7.  Presentation Description (up to 300 words).
  8.  Presentation Summary (no more than 50 words; this is for inclusion in the program)
  9.  Learning Objectives (at least one and no more than three).
  10.  References (at least one and no more than three). 
  11.  OPTIONAL – Elevator pitch (no more than 280 characters, including applicable Twitter handle(s), links, and hashtag(s); this is for social media promotion)
