Small student teams learn to appropriately diagnose, manage and support patients and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Each four-person team completes two simulated cases in a virtual world platform, enacting patients living with Alzheimer’s, their caregivers, providers and observers in a variety of settings.
