Learning Objectives

  • Understand the utility of CEUS to improve clinical ultrasound examinations, patient outcomes and work flow.
  • Perform a CEUS examination for specific applications.
    Interpret the enhancement changes that may occur following microbubble contrast agent injection.
  • Understand how to set up a CEUS laboratory and comply with hospital procedures and requirements.
  • Understand relevant CEUS labeling.

Credits & Tuition

This course has been approved by the SDMS for a total of 5.5 SDMS credits.
