Jefferson STEP-UP

This program is an academic enrichment program for students who are interested in attending graduate school for occupational therapy, physical therapy or athletic training and fit in one or more of the following categories:

•          Underrepresented minorities

•          First generation college students

The program aims to increase competitiveness of students’ applications to physical therapy, occupational therapy and athletic training programs and provides a clearer understanding of the expectations and roles of an occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic training student and professional.

Program Details

This summer, the College of Rehabilitation Sciences (JCRS) at Thomas Jefferson University will be running their 3rd annual Summer Training & Enrichment Programs for Underrepresented Persons (STEP-UP) designed for students interested Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy and this year we are pleased to add Athletic Training.

The program will be a virtual event designed for Rising Juniors, Seniors & Recent Graduates.

Date: June 12, 2020
Time: 9am – 3:00pm
Where: Zoom virtual event
Cost: The program is free to participants.

Participants who attend the entire full day event will receive a certificate of attendance
