Degrees & Programs
The Bachelors and Master’s Program (BSMS OT) is an entry level program for transfer students who have completed two years (58 credits) of college-level prerequisite coursework. The BSMS OT program prepares you to work as entry-level practitioner in a variety of settings. Students earn a bachelors in Occupation and Health and a Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy upon the completion of this three year program.
Earn your BS and OTD in Occupational Therapy in an accelerated program in less time than it would take to complete both degrees separately. Choose between Psychology or Health Science for the undergraduate portion, before moving into the doctorate in occupational therapy. Jefferson also has a partnership program with the University of Delaware where students can complete their undergraduate coursework at University of Delaware before moving into the doctorate in occupational therapy at Jefferson’s East Falls Campus. Upon graduation, you will be prepared to sit for the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
The MSOT program in Center City is an entry level program for students who have earned a Bachelor's degree in a field other than occupational therapy. Courses are delivered week‐days on campus. Students earn a Master of Science degree in 2 years. Graduates are prepared to sit for the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam and work as entry‐level practitioners in a variety of settings.
Earn your MS in Occupational Therapy if you’ve already earned a bachelor’s degree. The master’s program combines online learning, intensive weekend sessions and clinical fieldwork. Upon graduation, you will be prepared to sit for the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
The PP-OTD program is a flexible and individualized program for professionals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational therapy. Courses are delivered 100% on-line and follow a trajectory that is tailored to each student. Graduates are prepared with the skills and knowledge to lead and advance occupational therapy practice.
Earn your AS in Occupational Therapy in this accelerated program to become a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and work in collaboration with occupational therapists to provide hands-on services to people of all ages who are learning or relearning ways to succeed in the occupations of life: any tasks one may do on a daily basis for work or leisure.
