MS in Architecture and Design Research

The Master of Science in Architecture & Design Research is a post-professional research-based degree designed to provide students who have already earned an accredited undergraduate degree in architecture or related design or built environment discipline with an opportunity to specialize in an area of study that is critical to the profession today.

MS in Interior Architecture

MS in Sustainable Design

Our sustainable design program was designed and developed by the top sustainable designers and some of its most experiences academics. Become a leader in sustainability and help change the world.

MS in Real Estate Development 

Using Philadelphia as a living lab, this program combines practical knowledge of development with financial feasibility, market analysis, and sustainable planning to prepare industry leaders.
