Focusing on a comprehensive exploration of the construction business model, our distinctive MS in Construction Management program is tailored to equip students with the expertise needed to effectively plan and oversee all facets of the construction process for complex commercial building projects.

This STEM-designated program, available both on campus at East Falls and through online/hybrid formats, takes a hands-on, post-professional approach with a multidisciplinary focus on construction education. Emphasizing sustainability, it provides a broad, practice-oriented understanding of construction technology, business, architecture and engineering, guiding students from project inception to close-out in the dynamic realm of construction management.
