The STEM-designated MS in Real Estate Development offers a flexible learning experience, blending in-person and online hybrid courses for working professionals. The program emphasizes the quadruple bottom line, integrating sustainability, social consciousness, design excellence and economic viability.

Located in Philadelphia, a top city for real estate startups, the program fosters a diverse community of learners. All courses are taught by active real estate practitioners. Course are in the evening to accommodate professionals, and students can complete the degree requirements in just 1.5 years, gaining real-world insights and professional mentorship.

The program helped me understand the dichotomies between opportunities and challenges that are inherent in the real estate process. Real estate development is an art. It’s beyond just making a profit—it’s about creating a safe place for people. At Jefferson, I learned the systems of development that help all players make the most of their potential for success.
