Residents meet with dedicated advisors quarterly, deliver lectures related to their AoC, and are encouraged to produce a scholarly product, publication, or presentation to further develop their area of expertise. The AoC experience provides residents with an opportunity to pursue their passions, deepen clinical knowledge, and prepare for future career goals.
