Recommended Equipment: The use of a chair, preferable without arms; either two 1-5 lb. hand weights or two bags with handles (i.e., handbags, cloth grocery bags, briefcases, etc.) which should be filled equally with weight in the form household items; two cloth napkins, dish towels or something similar to use on the floor as a slider; a mat or rug; and water to drink.
