JCP Congratulates the Class of 2022
The Jefferson College of Pharmacy (JCP) congratulates the Doctor of Pharmacy Class of 2022! The sixty-one graduates were joined by family, friends and faculty at the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia on May 25, 2022. Judge Renee Cardwell Hughes received an honorary degree and told the graduates “….your impact will arise from your commitment to seeking solutions. Solutions to problems that others deem impossible.” More than 50% of the class will be entering post-graduate residencies or fellowships in hospitals, health systems and pharmaceutical industry and others have accepted positions in community and hospital pharmacies and pharmaceutical industry.
At the annual award ceremony preceding commencement the following graduates received JCP Awards:
- Annual Leadership Award – Madison Leap
- Sustained Leadership Award – Melissa Gregorio
- Research Achievement Award – Caitlin Komm and Ciara Walshe
- Professionalism Award – Guanhui Chen
- Health System Pharmacy Practice – Stephanie Kolaski
- Excellence in Pharmacy Practice – Jillian Baltz, Madison Leap, and Jordan Mak
- Student Society of Health System Pharmacists – Adrianna Goodin (Dr. Goodin also received the Anthony Sorrentino Memorial Commencement Award from the Delaware Society of Health-System Pharmacists)
