Biography
Dr. Hartman is currently serving as a Healthcare Consultant with a specialization in procedural areas such as cardiac and operating room workflows. Her primary focus is on operational efficiency, quality improvement, and the integration of technology. She earned her Doctor of Health Science in Population Health from Thomas Jefferson University, where she was part of the inaugural cohort in 2024. Her dissertation, titled "Improving Access to Interventional Cardiovascular Care in Rural America," reflects her commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery.
Additionally, Dr. Hartman holds a Master of Science in Population Health Management from Thomas Jefferson University, for which she presented a capstone project on reducing heart failure readmissions. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Philadelphia University and obtained a Nursing Diploma from Northeastern Hospital School of Nursing.
Dr. Hartman has actively contributed to national professional forums, presenting a poster titled "Audits: Do Not Be Afraid!" at the National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR) national convention. She also presented a poster on ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) protocols and quality improvement at the American Heart Association’s national quality meeting.
