Research & Clinical Interests

Janine E. Rajauski, OTD, MSOT, OTR/L (she/her) is a disabled occupational therapist, researcher, professor, and scholar. Dr. Rajauski has engaged with research centering around individual and group coaching. During her time as a Research Fellow within the Department of Occupational Therapy after being awarded a Research Inclusion Supplement Grant from the Craig H. Nielsen Foundation, Dr. Rajauski collaborated on a number of coaching projects assessing the feasibility, fidelity, and utility of group coaching for neurodivergent STEM students, adults with Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes and adults with Spinal Cord Injury. She has an interest in the ways in which disability justice issues are or are not addressed in healthcare, including the rehabilitation professions. She engages in both community-based program development, knowledge translation, and coaching for adults with complex chronic illness and disability in her clinical work. She is currently working on a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Sciences with Thomas Jefferson University.
