Dr. Alpdogan has contributed to studies on hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) for various lymphomas, including primary cutaneous γδ T-cell lymphoma and refractory subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma . He has also co-authored research on the outcomes of older patients undergoing haploidentical and matched related peripheral blood HSCT, highlighting the feasibility and outcomes of this approach in an older patient population. His clinical focus on the treatment of B-cell and T-cell lymphomas, including Hodgkin lymphoma, employing therapies such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and stem cell transplantation. He has been involved in studies evaluating the efficacy of novel treatments for these conditions.
