The award-winning abstract, “Medical Comorbidities and Healthcare Utilization of Hospitalized Transgender Adults with Functional Neurological Disorders in the United States,” highlights important research at the intersection of neurology, transgender health, and healthcare utilization. The competition also supported GLMA’s new Trans Health Fund to advance transgender health initiatives.
