Dr. Hozack graduated cum laude from Harvard University and was first in his class at McGill Medical School. He completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He then performed a fellowship in joint replacement surgery at Rothman Orthopaedics at Jefferson Health.
The recipient of multiple awards including a Rhodes Scholar candidacy, he has conducted ground-breaking research in the field of joint replacement. Dr. Hozack is an assistant editor-in-chief of the Journal of Arthroplasty and a member of the Hip Society. He specializes in reconstructive problems of the hip and knee, and the treatment of hip and knee disorders in young adults.
