Hazing Reporting Form

Thank you for submitting this information regarding the alleged Hazing incident. The University will contact you with in three business days for follow up. Any concerns about communicating with Public Safety should be directed to Stefanie Karp, Director, Public Safety for Thomas Jefferson University.

The University, including the administration and the Student Government Association, will not tolerate Hazing. All segments of the University community must work together to maintain a positive atmosphere of social and moral responsibility.
