BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Stafford is a prepared nurse experienced in nurse administration, quality and operations improvement, clinical outcomes, legal issues and ethics. In addition, she demonstrates clinical competence in acute care, long-term care, home health care, hospice care, and care of persons with developmental disabilities and mental retardation, and displays excellence in regulatory and accreditation standards compliance, policy and procedure formation, program development, writing and publications.  In 2014-15 she was a co-leader of the National Association of Healthcare Quality, competencies commission team to develop competencies and policies for Population Health.
