Dr. Topper practices Interventional Radiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. His practice includes a wide range of image-guided, minimally invasive procedures across many body systems. He has a clinical and research focus in interventional oncology, primarily treating tumors of the liver and kidney. Additional interests include hepatobiliary and genitourinary interventions.
