The MSOT-EF is a hybrid, full-time, weekend (Friday/Saturday) program, designed for students who want to work part-time and/or have other life responsibilities. Candidates who have completed a bachelor’s degree are invited to apply.

Option for High School Seniors
Accelerated MSOT (3+2) for High School Applicants
High School seniors who are committed to earning a Master of Science (MS) in Occupational Therapy have the opportunity to do so in five years after graduation from high school, through partnership with the University of Delaware.
As of Fall 2020, University of Delaware students were accepted into the BS to Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (3+3) and will enter the professional phase on East Falls campus in Fall 2024. Please refer to BS to Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (3+3).
Option for High School Seniors
Accelerated MSOT (3+2) for High School Applicants
High School seniors who are committed to earning a Master of Science (MS) in Occupational Therapy have the opportunity to do so in five years after graduation from high school, through partnership with the University of Delaware.
PLEASE NOTE: The final 3+2 track-up cohort entered the MSOT Program in East Falls in Fall of 2022.
As of Fall 2020, all interested high school students should apply to the BS to Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (3+3).
Cost of Attendance
The Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program is a year-round, hybrid weekend (Friday/Saturday) for 2.5 years. The program comprised of classroom, laboratory, exams, and clinical education (fieldwork) rotations.

The Master of Science Program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).

ACOTE® accredited occupational therapy and occupational therapy assistant educational programs satisfy the states’ educational requirements in all states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Students graduating from an ACOTE® accredited occupational therapy and occupational therapy assistant educational programs are eligible to take the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification exam and apply for licensure in all states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. NBCOT Program data results are available here.
For more information regarding state qualifications and licensure requirements, please refer to the AOTA State Licensure webpage. Note that a felony conviction may affect a graduate’s ability to sit for the NBCOT certification examination or attain state licensure.
