Community & Trauma Counseling
This program is designed to meet the growing demand of counseling for individuals and communities impacted by trauma, adversity, and toxic stress.
Couple & Family Therapy
Students learn how to help others with the stresses of family life in this program, in collaboration with the Council for Relationships.

Jefferson Trauma Education Network (J-TEN)
The Jefferson Trauma Education Network (J-TEN) serves as a trauma training hub and resource repository, drawing on the expertise of Jefferson’s Community and Trauma Counseling program, along with regional and national partners.
Counseling & Behavioral Health Department Receives $2M Federal Grant
With funding support from the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration, this four-year grant will result in up to 30 students within the Community & Trauma Counseling program annually receiving stipends during their internship training.
