Emily Correia, MD
Medical School- Thomas Jefferson University, Sidney Kimmel Medical College

After growing up in Rhode Island and attending college in Boston, Emily moved to Philadelphia to pursue a career in medicine. She additionally did a research fellowship in Cutaneous Lymphomas. She is excited to continue her career in medicine as a Jefferson Dermatology resident and to learn from both patients and attendings. Her interests include dermatologic oncology, procedural dermatology, alopecia, and medical dermatology. 

Rachel Fulton, MD
Medical School- Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine

Growing up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Rachel was thrilled to return home and join the Jefferson Dermatology family after attending Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Rachel's academic interests include complex medical dermatology, dermatologic oncology, procedural dermatology, and the overall cutaneous manifestations of systemic disease. When she is not taking care of patients or teaching medical students, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, trying new restaurants in the city, and cheering on Villanova and Philadelphia sports teams. 

Vaibhav Garg, MD
Medical School-Thomas Jefferson University, Sidney Kimmel Medical College

After growing up in Ellicott City, Maryland, Vaibhav attended Penn State for his undergraduate years and earned his medical degree here at Jefferson. He is thrilled to continue his training here as a dermatology resident, and maintains a wide variety of interests in both medical and surgical dermatology. Outside of work, Vaibhav loves to try new restaurants, attend sporting events, and spend time with his friends and family.

Angela Zaladonis, MD
Medical School- Temple University, Lewis Katz School of Medicine

Angela grew up in Bethlehem, PA before leaving home for undergraduate education at Emory University where she double majored and Biology and in Human Health. She then returned to Philadelphia and attended medical school at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. Her interests within the field of dermatology are broad and she is looking forward to pursuing all of them during residency at Jefferson. She also loves attending any event at the sports complex and trying new restaurants!

Alexandra Elder, MD
Medical School- Thomas Jefferson University, Sidney Kimmel Medical College

After growing up in Moorestown, New Jersey and living in Philadelphia for nearly a decade, Alex is thrilled to continue her training at Jefferson as a first year Dermatology resident. She maintains a wide variety of interests in both medical and surgical dermatology and is looking forward to learning from the wonderful patients and providers at Jefferson.

David Kurtyka, MD
Medical School- Georgetown University School of Medicine

After spending a decade in Washington, DC, David is ecstatic to be back in Philadelphia and entering his first year of dermatology residency at Thomas Jefferson. He maintains a wide variety of interests, including complex medical dermatology, autoimmune dermatoses, infectious dermatoses, and Mohs surgery. 

Megan O’Donnell, MD
Medical School- Thomas Jefferson University, Sidney Kimmel Medical College

After graduating medical school from Thomas Jefferson, Megan is thrilled to be continuing her medical career at Jefferson Dermatology as a first-year dermatology resident! She has a wide variety of interests in medical dermatology including dermatologic oncology, cutaneous lymphomas, and autoimmune skin diseases.

Victoria Stoj, MD
Medical School- The University of Connecticut School of Medicine

After growing up and completing medical school in Connecticut, Victoria completed her intern year in New York and is thrilled to be joining Jefferson as a first-year dermatology resident. Her academic interests include pediatric and general dermatology. Other interests include hiking, biking, donuts, farmers’ markets, and community-supported agriculture. 

Anna Bistline, MD
Medical School - Thomas Jefferson University, Sidney Kimmel Medical College 

Anna grew up in West-Central Pennsylvania in Altoona, and has an interest in outreach medicine with JeffHope clinic and practicing medicine in underserved communities. Her academic interests include pediatric dermatology, procedural dermatology, and treating hair loss.

Georgette Hattier, MD
Medical School - Thomas Jefferson University, Sidney Kimmel Medical College 

Georgette grew up in Sussex County, Delaware and attended Sidney Kimmel Medical College. She is a PGY-3 interested in procedural dermatology, autoimmune dermatoses, complex medical dermatology, and cosmetics & skin care.

Rebecca Krain, MD
Medical School - Thomas Jefferson University, Sidney Kimmel Medical College 

Having grown up and attended school in the area, Rebecca is excited to be starting her second year of dermatology residency at Jefferson. Rebecca has many interests, including complex medical dermatology, dermatologic oncology, procedural dermatology, and services for underserved communities. Although she loves living in Philadelphia and Philadelphia sports, Rebecca plans to start her dermatology career in Hawaii.  

Shalini Krishnasamy, MD
Medical School - University of California, Los Angeles David Geffen School of Medicine

Shalini grew up in Berkeley, California. She attended UCLA where she studied molecular biology as an undergraduate and earned her medical degree. Next, she completed an internal medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University, obtained her board certification and worked as a clinical instructor of hospital medicine. Her fascination with the cutaneous manifestations of systemic disease led her to pursue dermatology training.  Her interests include hospital dermatology, cutaneous chemotoxicities and transplant dermatology.

Leena Ramani, MD
Medical School - Thomas Jefferson University, Sidney Kimmel Medical College

Dr. Ramani is currently in her 2nd year of dermatology residency at Jefferson with interests in general and cosmetic dermatology, as well as clinical innovation. Between undergraduate, medical school, and residency, she has spent the last several years in various parts of Pennsylvania and has grown to love the city of Philadelphia. She still considers herself a proud Floridian and plans to practice back in South Florida, where she grew up, after residency.

Ziv Schwartz, MD
Medical School – State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine

Ziv was born in Israel to Ukrainian emigres, is culturally Russian-Jewish, and yet was raised in the New York City area. He is most passionate about spending time with his family and his training in surgical and general dermatology, with plans to pursue a fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology.
