Application Information
Requirements for Admission to the two-year CODA accredited Advanced Dental Education Program in Orofacial Pain:
- Candidate to the OFP Program must graduate from a recognized international dental school with similar curriculum as an accredited US or Canadian Dental School. All transcript must be translated, and grading system compared to the US system. Candidates must have at least a B level or equivalent in their national dental school.
- Candidate must pass the Integrated National Board Dental Exam INBD
- Candidate must be eligible for a Pennsylvania dental training license
- Candidate must have at least three letters of recommendation, one from the Dean of their Dental School
- For the applicant whose first language is not English, proficiency in writing and in speech in the English language should be provided
