Applying to the Fellowship

Interested candidates should apply using the Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine's common application.  

The following materials are also required:

  • A cover letter
  • A copy of your CV
  • A current photo
  • Medical school transcripts
  • Three letters of recommendation, one of which must be from the director of your residency program
  • Copies of all USMLE scores
  • Proof of unrestricted licensure
