Nomination Process: Faculty may be nominated for this award by their College Dean or by the College’s Faculty Affairs Committee. Nominations should be approved by the College’s Executive Committee and the Dean prior to submission. The nomination packet should include a one to two-page letter of nomination, unabridged curriculum vitae, peer review, and representative teaching evaluations.
Eligibility: All part-time, adjunct or affiliate faculty members with at least two years of service at Thomas Jefferson University are eligible to receive this award. A faculty member who has received this award is eligible to receive the award after an interval of seven years. This award will typically not be given to faculty in administrative roles such as deans, department chairs, and academic administrators. Program directors are eligible for this award.
