Cell & Developmental Biology PhD Program
The Cell and Developmental Biology Graduate Program (CDB), including its track in Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine, is a university-wide program centered in the Department of Pathology, Anatomy and Cell Biology. The PhD Program in Cell and Developmental Biology is a solid community of students with outstanding ability who are preparing for a career that includes research in cell biology, developmental biology, or the pathobiology of disease. A program of coursework and research is offered, which is further enriched by seminars, journal clubs and research discussion groups.
An individual program is designed by the Program Director, the Thesis Advisor and the student. The student is further guided by the research adviser to meet his or her needs and interests while providing a solid foundation in the area of research that has been chosen.
