The College of Architecture and the Built Environment is proud to offer free courses for those interested in experiencing one of our graduate level courses, furthering their own path of education, or just want a refresher. Students do not need to apply for these courses, however we welcome those interested in continuing into one of our graduate programs to apply.

Current Offerings

  • Net-Zero First Design Studio & Competition Experience Jefferson’s award-winning MS in Sustainable Design program with our free Net-Zero First Design Studio and Competition. This studio has been adapted from the original 4 credit course taught in the College of Architecture and the Built Environment, into an introductory course perfect for people who are interested in getting involved in sustainable design.
  • Introduction to the Quadruple Bottom Line of Real Estate Development At Thomas Jefferson University, we believe real estate has a quadruple bottom line combining financial feasibility with environmental sustainability, social consciousness, and design excellence. Join the College of Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) and the MS in Real Estate Development (MSRED) for a free course to take the next step in your real estate development career.
