Hands of Hope is a student-run organization currently designed to provide physical therapy and fitness services to homeless individuals in Philadelphia under the supervision of licensed physical therapists. Every Tuesday evening during the semester, Physical Therapy students assess, treat and provide consultation to residents. Medical students partner with them to provide much-needed medical services. Students organize several fundraisers throughout the year to raise funds for vital exercise equipment and supplies.
Physical Therapy Society (PTS)
The PT Society is a student-run organization that provides students an opportunity to get involved with the community through extra-curricular activities, participation in educational events, speaker series, and mentoring.
