The Memory Cafe Activity Toolbox is a guide designed to direct group-based activities for people with dementia and their caregivers. The Activity Toolbox provides information for group leaders and volunteers to create activities for participants with different cognitive abilities. This is a free product.

The Functional Capacity Card Sort is an assessment created to gauge the caregiver’s perception about the capabilities of a person with dementia in comparison to their actual needs. This is a free product.
