Message from the Fellowship Director

Thank you for your interest in Jefferson FAB Center for Complex Care’s Fellowship program. Here at the FAB Center we provide a primary care medical home for adolescents and adults with complex, childhood-onset conditions. Our interdisciplinary team works closely with patients, their families and their caregivers to maximize health and well-being by supporting them through life’s transitions, both in and out of the clinic.

We are excited to continue to offer premier fellowship training in care for people with disabilities through our 1 year, non-ACGME fellowship program.
