Annika, an alumna of the BS in Visual Communication Design program, is now a Junior Designer at Princeton University Press, working across marketing and publication design in the Creative Media Lab.
Where are you from originally?
Hanover, PA.
What was the best part of your time at Jefferson?
Late nights grinding in the studio with my friends. I miss it!
How has your degree prepared you for your career?
Jefferson gave me a design and higher-ed community that I continue to rely on, unique work/research experiences and many wonderful friends. It also provided the graphic design skills and qualifications needed for the roles I’ve pursued.
What are you doing now?
I’m a Junior Designer at Princeton University Press. I work in the Creative Media Lab across marketing and publication design, creating book covers, social media graphics and animations, product photography and book jacket mechanicals.
What’s something people would be surprised to find out about you?
I’m a gym rat now!

Go to the library!
