The minor provides an introduction to key business topics in human resources that would benefit leaders and managers in all field, such as employment law and staffing, recruitment and retention, and training and development. 

Students enrolled in Continuing & Professional Studies-designated programs can benefit from a minor in information technology management to complement their chosen degree. The minor utilizes current business cases to illustrate how companies have identified and solved key business challenges using information systems and technologies. An additional selective option allows students to focus on network, database or cloud management to gain additional technical skills.
