Medical Student Education

We host third and fourth year SKMC medical students for rotations in our clinic and dermatopathology lab.

(Left to Right) Drs. Cam, Lee and Sahu before the Annual Young C. Kauh Lectureship.

We also invite fourth year medical students from other institutions to consider rotating at Jefferson Dermatology.

Domestic visiting students should apply through the Office of the Registrar.

We encourage all medical students interested in dermatology to participate in the Jefferson Dermatology Society, Philadelphia Dermatological Society events and the College of Physicians of Philadelphia Section on Dermatology.

International Students

We invite international medical students, residents, fellows as well as physicians and scientists at different stages in their training who are interested in dermatology at Thomas Jefferson University to consider observing in our clinic or dermatopathology lab or participating in research in one of our many research labs. We are only able to accept a few international observers per academic year. All international visitors are by arrangement only.

For more information, please contact our residency coordinator, Lizzy Fleming.
