GPA Requirement: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required. 

Degree Prerequisite: Applicants are required to have a Master’s degree or higher in a health-related discipline from a regionally accredited college or university. 

Professional Observation Hours: Professional healthcare experience is strongly preferred. Exceptions are made with prior approval by the department.
