The Arlen Specter Center is located in the historic Roxboro House on the campus of Jefferson - East Falls, at the intersection of School House Lane and Netherfield Road. The GPS address of the Roxboro House is 3240 W. School House Ln., Philadelphia, PA 19144.

There are a limited number of parking spaces at the Center. Please refer to East Falls Campus Parking for additional locations.

Associate professor of history at Thomas Jefferson University–East Falls. He is the program director of the law and society major and faculty director for the Arlen Specter Center. 

Building Hours for Jefferson Students, Faculty & Staff

  • Open during times when classes are scheduled in the building (including evening classes)
  • Card-swipe or card-tap access for faculty and staff - weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm
  • Closed weekends and evenings except for scheduled classes or events
