BIOGRAPHY

After spending 15 years working as a Certified Athletic Trainer in collegiate athletics, Jennifer made a career move into a new field in healthcare  quality and safety. She spent over a year  learning on the job at as leader in population health field before she accepted the Population Health Specialist position at Jefferson Family Medicine Associates in the Department of Family and Community Medicine in February of 2020.

While navigating through the pandemic Jennifer worked with the clinical teams to maintain and improve the quality of care delivered to Jefferson patients. Recently, she has accepted the new position of Complex and Transformational Care Program Manager for the Department of Family and Community Medicine. Through this position she is excited to work with Jefferson leaders to advance complex and transformational care models to meet  patients where they are ,and to improve healthcare delivery.

As an adjunct faculty member at the Jefferson College of Population Health Jennifer is looking forward to sharing her knowledge of value-based care as well as learning from her new colleagues and students.
