Biography
Taisha Mathieu Percy is a healthcare quality and safety professional with over seven years of experience supporting community-based, behavioral health, and population health systems. She is a doctoral candidate in Healthcare Administration and serves as a Prevention Consultant supporting the development and implementation of evidence-based health initiatives across New Jersey. As part of the Healthcare Quality and Safety program, her practice interests focus on quality improvement, patient safety, trauma-informed systems, and health equity; with applied experience in program development, interdisciplinary teamwork, and systems-level collaboration. She brings real-world experience translating improvement tools, data-informed decision-making, and risk reduction strategies into practical, organization-centered quality and safety initiatives, and is engaged in ongoing professional development toward certification in healthcare quality and population health.
