BIOGRAPHY

Dakota Trent is a healthcare administrator with over a decade of experience in healthcare systems, long-term care administration, and population health–related practice. She holds a Master of Long-Term Care Administration (MLTCA) from the University of Southern California, Davis School of Gerontology, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Morgan State University. She began her career as a nutritionist with the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, focusing on child and community nutrition. She later expanded her expertise in senior care operations, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, patient care coordination, and healthcare support services across clinical and administrative settings at nationally recognized healthcare and senior living organizations. She has led multidisciplinary teams, overseen healthcare processes, coordinated projects, and implemented systems to enhance quality, safety, and operational performance.

Dakota Trent is a Licensed Personal Care Home Administrator in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, credentialed through Penn State University. Her work emphasizes healthcare quality and safety, regulatory compliance, and system-level improvements, providing practical insight for population health practice.
