Daily Operations
Facilities Operations & Maintenance maintains all buildings on Thomas Jefferson University's 100-acre campus, ranging from historic mansions to contemporary classrooms, library and residential facilities. We do this through the use of in-house staff and outside contractors who take care of such things as housekeeping and grounds.

For urgent facilities work orders, please call Central Dispatch at 844-240-3095. Urgent issues may include a loss of power, broken toilet, door lock not working, leaks, etc.
- Monday- Friday 7 am- 4 pm- The call will be answered by a dispatcher that is physically located in Center City. They will dispatch the call via radio to a member of the East Falls facilities team.
- From 4 pm- 7 am M-F, weekends and on holidays- You will hear a recording with instructions and a menu of locations (East Falls is #6). When you select 6 it will re-direct the call to Public Safety here at East Falls and they will handle the call from there.
Life safety emergencies, such as a fire/gas smell, etc., should be called to East Falls Public Safety at 215-951-2999.
