Mr. Richman is the co-director for the Institute of Terrorism Research and Response in Philadelphia and Israel, where he is responsible for the global Targeted Actionable Monitoring Center's intelligence and research projects.  Mr. Richman has a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University, as well as various specialized counter terror training in the U.S. and Israel.  Currently, he is a Doctoral candidate in Public Policy and Homeland Security.  Mr. Richman, formerly a captain in the Jerusalem Police, is a paramedic with vast experience in emergency management, law enforcement and counterterrorism in the U.S. and Israel.
